The bedroom has views across to the light house on Graemsay and provides a great location for watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour.
For warmer days folding chairs are provided so you can sit outside and enjoy the view across to the lifeboat pier and the harbour which is only a few feet away at the end of the close.
Ample free parking is available at the Old Academy which can be accessed on foot in two minutes via Boys Lane to the side of The Royal Hotel.
